DATE/PLACE: Saturday, June 12, 2010 at Southampton Harley Davidson, 17 College Highway, Southampton, Massachusetts. The Monolift will be utilized for squats.

Lifting Starts at 11AM. Weigh-in Saturday 8AM-10AM or Friday 7PM-8PM. If you don't make either way in you don't lift.
Sanctioned by the American Powerlifting Association. You must be a member to be eligible to compete in this competition. If you are not a member you may become a member by purchasing a membership card at the meet. Memberships cost $30 for one year. High School and Youth lifters membership cards are $15.
ENTRY DEADLINE: June 1, 2010. Entries received after this date must include a $20 late fee.
SPECTATOR FEE: A $5 spectator fee will be charged for all spectators. All spectator fees will be donated to American Breast Cancer Awareness.
