Welcome to the APA Minnesota webpage.
An exciting bench and deadlift meet is on its way to the Twin Cities area:
The APA North American Bench Press Championships
and the APA North American Deadlift Championships at the
Robbinsdale Community Center on May 17th, 2003.

This will be the APA's first event in the state of Minnesota, and many
lifters will set first-time state records in various weight classes and divisions.
APA-WPA National and World records may also be broken at this event which is also open to Canadians.
