A little about myself. I started off as an olympic lifter and have been lifting since 1964. I converted to powerlifting the first year the sport came out. I was a pro-wrestler for several years and my wrestling career ended in 1987 when I was hit head on by a drunk driver. I had to give up serious training for awhile after that. I have also worked as a security director in industrial security, bodyguard, and have worked for the VA system as a psychiatric technician, operating room technician, and medical lab assistant.

In a few of the photos is Pro-Wrestler Rocky Johnson (the Rocks Dad). Rocky and I were training partners in the late seventies and early eighties. I also trained with Tony Atlas, Ivan Putski, Don Morroco, The Iron Sheik, and several other pro-wrestling legends. I went to Killer Kowalski's wrestling school in Boston.

In 2001 I had a mishap which nearly resulted in a partial leg amputation. I have nerve damage and severed tendons in that leg due to the mishap and just train light these days. I love staying around the sport in some way, shape, or form however and will be around the sport for the remainder of my days.

I have played guitar for 45 years. I played lead guitar for some of the better known bands in the New England area back in the late sixties and early seventies until I enlisted in the military. I have never played in a band since coming home from the military but continue to play for my own entertainment.

My other love is motorcycles. Presently, I own a Harley Davidson Heritage Soft Tail. I have been riding scoots since 1966 and have raced motorcycles, done stunt riding including riding in a barrel a.k.a. "The Wall of Death". Below are some pics of the past, some of my old rides, and some more recent photos. Yes, the lower picture is Evel Kneivel and I. I spent a couple of months with Evel as a teenager and learned all kinds of stunt riding. It was a blast!
